In its epic reboot of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, HGTV has brought in some of the biggest names in home renovation to help execute extraordinary, life-changing home transformations for families. The series, hosted by award-winning actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, will feature special guest stars in every episode, including Tarek El Moussa(Flip or Flop), Jasmine Roth (Hidden Potential) and Tamara Day (Bargain Mansions). And now, Ty Pennington, a highly skilled carpenter, craftsman and designer who starred in the original series, is back to do what he loves to do best—be a hands-on renovator who actively participates in the builds. He and the other special guests will work alongside volunteers and other experts, including the show's regularly appearing designers Breegan Jane, Carrie Locklyn and Darren Keefe, to customize a home that meets the needs of each family. More guest experts will be announced throughout production.

Sky today announced plans to launch two new channel brands within its entertainment portfolio.  Sky Crime will launch in October 2019 and Sky Comedy in February 2020, with both available to all Sky customers at no extra charge, through linear and on demand. Both channels will also launch on NOW TV, available as part of the NOW TV Entertainment pass.

RECORDS/Arista Nashville recording artist Matt Stell will perform his Top 15 and rising single “Prayed For You” during a special episode of ABC's summer reality series, Bachelor in Paradise. Filmed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Stell's romantic performance takes place as Bachelor in Paradise alums Krystal Neilson and Chris Randone say “I DO!” in front of Bachelor in Paradise hopefuls and other friends of the franchise. The episode is scheduled to air Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 8/7c on ABC.

Tasmanian garage rock quartet A. Swayze & The Ghosts are excited to share the new single “Connect To Consume”, via Australian label Ivy League Records (home to Hatchie and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever among others). The single premiered today on Jack Saunders' 'Next Wave' BBC Radio 1 show, and is out now on all DSPs in tandem with a music video for the song. The latest offering from A. Swayze & The Ghosts follows their last single “Suddenly”, which was released earlier this year and praised by the likes of Clash Magazine and The 405 among others.

Beloved Los Angeles band that dog. -- comprised of guitarist/vocalist Anna Waronker, drummer Tony Maxwell, and bassist/vocalist Rachel Haden -- will release their first new album in twenty-two years on October 4th, 2019 via UMe.  The record, entitled Old LP, was recorded over the last three years in Los Angeles, and features guest appearances from Maya Rudolph, Randy Newman, Graham Coxon (Blur), Josh Klinghoffer (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Charlotte Caffey (The Go-Go's), Tanya Haden (The Haden Sisters), violinist Kaitlin Wolfberg, Andrew Dost (fun.), and Steve McDonald (Redd Kross).  A first taste of the album, a totally classic that dog. song, titled 'If You Just Didn't Do It,' picks up beautifully where the band left off in the late 90's.
