Composer and pianist Joseph Seif has released two classical piano sonatas and additional works. The two EPs, Piano Sonata No. 1 and Piano Sonata No. 2, are now streaming on Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music, Google Play, and most available services. The combined works will be released digitally, and as an LP on vinyl, titled Works for Solo Piano, Vol. 1, in early 2020.

Infinite Eve dropped their addictive debut EP The Story on all digital platforms on November 29th, making an epic splash in the Rock scene with thematic melodies, and lyrics everyone can get sad to.

Composer and multi-instrumentalist Jeff Parker's Suite for Max Brown will be released on January 24, 2020 via a newly formed partnership between International Anthem and Nonesuch Records. The album, named for and dedicated to Parker's mother, features nine original songs as well as “Gnarciss,” an interpretation of Joe Henderson's “Black Narcissus,” and John Coltrane's “After the Rain.” Parker plays the majority of the instruments on the record and also engineered most it at home or during his 2018 Headlands Center residency in Sausalito, CA. The album track “Go Away” debuted today.  Parker performs at this year's Big Ears Festival in Knoxville, TN on March 27, as well as spring dates in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, among others; the full schedule is below.

Brooklyn Comes Alive has announced its return in 2020! The beloved all-day music marathon is back for its fifth edition and will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2020, at the versatile multi-stage complex Avant Gardner. Inspired by the vibrant musical communities of Brooklyn and New Orleans, the event brings together more than 50 artists in new and existing acts, allowing them to carry out passion projects, play with their musical heroes and collaborate in new ways. 

Five-piece punk band Spanish Love Songs have announced their third full length album, Brave Faces Everyone, which will be released on February 7, 2020 via Pure Noise Records. Today, the band has released the first single and music video off of the album, 'Kick,' and have launched physical pre-orders, both of which are available here.

The Justin Kemp Band released their new country single 'Legends Never Die' on December 20, 2019. This original classic country song is a clever tribute to Country Music legends whose song titles compose most of the lyrics. Last night, Michelle Williams won the 2020 Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for playing Gwen Verdon in the FX series Fosse/Verdon. In her speech, Williams advocated for a woman's right to choose and implored women to vote in the 2020 election.
