FSPA Announces Summer Camp Programs, FranklinMarch 6, 2012The Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) will offer a series of one-week summer camps, an eight-week summer session of weekly voice, instrumental, and dance lessons and classes, and a SummerStage musical theater program. Registration for all summer programs begins March 5.
FSPA Presents THREE LITTLE PIGS Opera 3/18, FranklinMarch 6, 2012The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) will present Opera for Kids: The Three Little Pigs on Sunday, March 18, at 1:00 p.m. in the Recital Hall at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA), 38 Main Street. This special program is the third concert in FPAC's Family Concert Series and is free and open to audiences of all ages. Opera for Kids and all FPAC Family Concerts are especially geared toward young children in length and format.
FSPA Presents CULINARY CABARET 3/9, FranklinMarch 6, 2012The Franklin Performing Arts Company presents a Culinary Cabaret on Friday, March 9, from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. at Clarke, The Ultimate Kitchen Resource Center, 393 Fortune Boulevard in Milford. The evening features inspired cuisine and creative cooking demonstrations by area chefs and culinarians, wine tastings, and entertainment by Electric Youth and FPAC special guest artists. Culinary Cabaret supports Electric Youth, an elite ensemble of talented singer-dancers trained at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA), and their 2012 European concert tour.

Mercer Auditorium, 224 Oak Street, in Franklin. Beyond the Boundaries is the School's second annual classical repertoire program, designed to expand students' knowledge of the classics and to explore contemporary ballet and choreography.
