Theatre company Spymonkey joins forces with Kneehigh Artistic Director Emma Rice to bring their idiosyncratic comic surrealism to bear on the quintessential Greek tragedy for OEDIPUSSY, which runs Tuesday 10 - Saturday 21 April, 2012, at the Lyric Hammersmith.

The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) and Broadway in Columbus (BIC) today announced the 2012-13 Fifth Third Bank Broadway Series season. Four of the productions on the five-show subscription series have never before been seen in Columbus, including Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Million Dollar Quartet, Green Day's American Idiot, and War Horse, winner of five 2011 Tony Awards including Best Play. Disney's Beauty and the Beast, presented by NETworks, will also return to Columbus to kick off the new season. In addition to the five-show season package, season specials will include the return of Les Miserables and Wicked.

Road Less Traveled Productions (RLTP) today announced it will mount the third in its three-year retrospective of the plays of Buffalo native A.R. Gurney; the Western New York (WNY) premiere of Ancestral Voices will open Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Road Less Traveled Theater.

The life and career of playwright, composer, director and actor Noel Coward is being celebrated by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in a new touring exhibition, 'Star Quality: The World of Noel Coward' which is currently open at the Lincoln Center until August 12.
