The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, along with the City of New York and the United States Navy, celebrates the 25th annual Fleet Week, now through May 28, 2012. The Town Hall's critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year's® 12th Season continued this week with The Broadway Musicals of 1975 on Monday, May 14th. 1975 was a year that brought us famous shows by musical theater icons including Marvin Hamlisch, (A Chorus Line), John Kander and Fred Ebb (Chicago), and Richard O'Brien (The Rocky Horror Show), among others. York Theatre Company is celebrating the legendary librettist and lyricist Tom Jones with Musicals in Mufti: The Tom Jones Festival this spring. First up was Roadside, with Book & Lyrics by Tom Jones and Music by Harvey Schmidt. Directed by David Glenn Armstrong, the cast featured original Roadside cast member Ryan Alexander, Erick Devine (Seussical), Janine DiVita (Odyssey, The Musical), Jamie LaVerdiere (The Producers), Daniel C. Levine (Les Miserables), Ed Watts (The Fantasticks) and Nick Wyman (The Phantom of the Opera).

An Evening with Ronan Tynan and Judy Collins played the St. George Theatre in Staten Island on Saturday, March 24th.

George Donaldson has been a member of the 'Celtic Thunder' Scottish/Irish singing ensemble for the last four years and has enjoyed success on both sides of the Atlantic and Australia.
