High School Musical 3 Leads List of Oscar Eligible Songs Unveiled by AcademyDecember 16, 2008Variety has reported the 49 eligible songs that are in the running for Oscar nominations.The list includes 11 tracks from 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' and three from 'Repo! The Genetic Opera.' Members of the Academy's music branch will vote on the final nomination list at a Jan. 6 screening event.
