VIDEO: Season 3 of SHERLOCK to Stream Exclusively on Netflix, Plus Unseen Specials 6/2June 1, 2014On Monday, June 2, season 3 of the BBC's Sherlock will be available to stream on Netflix. And that's not all. According to Entertainment Weekly, three behind-the-scenes episodes, called Sherlock Uncovered, will also be released as well as an hour-long special titled Unlocking Sherlock. Netflix has acquired exclusive rights to Sherlock and will be the only site the show can be streamed from. From its first half-hour to its fourth, “Dateline” grew by +36% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.5 rating from a 1.1) and by +31% in adults 25-54 (2.1 vs. 1.6)
STAGE TUBE: AFTER MIDNIGHT Visits Duke Ellington's Grave in Honor of the 40th Anniversary of His DeathMay 25, 2014Musicians from the Jazz at Lincoln Center All-Stars band, currently in the 7-time Tony-nominated Broadway musical After Midnight, visited Duke Ellington's grave at Woodlawn cemetery, where a crowd gathered to honor his legacy on the 40th year anniversary of his death. They played MOOD INDIGO, and Mercedes Ellington (Duke's granddaughter) placed a wreath at the gravesite. They finished with a triumphant Ellington classic, TAKE THE A TRAIN.

Ferguson announced that he will be stepping down from his late night slot at 12:35 a.m. and Macdonald is hoping to get the seat. Sony Pictures Buys Rights to Cannes Festival Frontrunner LEVIATHONMay 24, 2014According to Variety, Sony Pictures Classics bought the rights to Andrey Zvyagintsev's Leviathon. The deal was negotiated Friday night at the Cannes Festival. The film has so far been one of the most applauded films at the festival and is a frontrunner for the Cannes Festival's Palme d'Or in tonight's ceremony.
STAGE TUBE: Kelli O'Hara & Steven Pasquale Celebrate THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY Album ReleaseMay 24, 2014Barnes & Noble celebrated the new Ghostlight Records cast recording of The Bridges of Madison County, the new romantic musical currently running at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street), with a special in-store performance and CD signing on Friday, May 23 at 5:00 PM. The event featured stars Kelli O'Hara and Steven Pasquale, in addition to other cast members. The composer/lyricist Jason Robert Brown joined them at the piano, with Justin Goldner and Gary Seiger on guitars and Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf on cello.
