On Tuesday, April 28th, WNYC Radio will open the doors of its new street-level public space, The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space. WYNC will host a 10-day festival to celebrate the new facility. Lindsay Lohan has set the record straight regarding Monday's Fox News statement, announcing that she was considering a starring role in the new Las Vegas burlesque, PEEP SHOW. Lohan tells E! News that for the right amount of money, she would be open to making a one-time appearance in the new Las Vegas hit. 'One show as a guest would be fun,' she says, adding that she'd do it just 'for play.'

E! Online's Marc Malkin is reporting that Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford's scheduling commitments to the show are causing significant issues with the upcoming big screen remake of Footloose. Negotiations are ongoing and are said to be getting down to the 'nitty-gritty of scheduling.'

Imagem Music Group, the music publishing investment fund of ABP, the Netherlands based world's third largest pension fund and CP Masters BV, one of Europe's leading independent music publishers, is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to acquire the rights to the songs and musicals of the legendary Rodgers & Hammerstein as well as The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization (RHO).

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that The Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization has been acquired by Imagem Music Group. The exact purchase price is not known, however sources indicate it to be as much as $200 million.

Atlantic Theater Company announces complete casting for the world premiere of Leslie Ayvazian's new comedy MAKE ME, directed by Atlantic Associate Artistic Director Christian Parker. Jack W. Batman, Executive Producer of the White Plains Performing Arts Center, has announced the postponement of Hello, Dolly! scheduled to play April 30 - May 17, 2009, the theatre's final production of its 2008-2009 season. The company, an Actors' Equity Association LORT theatre, has produced seven major musicals since November 2007, most recently a highly praised production of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music starring Penny Fuller and Mark Jacoby.

Tovah Feldshuh, playwright Dan Gordon and the cast of Broadway's 'Irena's Vow' will hold a candlelight vigil in commemoration of Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day). The vigil will take place April 21st at the Walter Kerr theatre immediately prior to that evening's performance of 'Irena's Vow.'
