Hennepin Theatre Trust, established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was created to assume responsibility for and guarantee the future of the State, Orpheum and Pantages Theatres which line Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. In 2005, the Trust executed a long term financing arrangement with the City of Minneapolis to transition ownership of these three theatres from the City to the Trust.

Central themes in The Shape of Things are questions on the nature of art, psychopathy and intimacy, explorations of love and people's willingness to do things for love. It is set in a small university town in the American Midwest and centers on the lives of four young students who become emotionally and romantically involved with each other.

This juicy, gutsy look at life through the eyes of two femme fatales will be presented at the Winston's Cafe, 5001 N Clark St, Chicago, IL. The performance is Friday, May 14, 2010 @ 7:30pm. There is a suggested donation.
