In celebration of its 20th Anniversary, Avi Hoffman's Too Jewish? will return to South Florida. Produced by PGA Arts Center in Association with Yiddishkayt Initiative, Inc & University of Miami Miller Center for Contemporary Judaic Studies, Too Jewish? will begin performances at PGA in Palm Beach Gardens, on Thursday, December 28 and run through Sunday, January 21, 2018.

Flashdance The Musical, based upon the classic 1983 film will open at Stage Door Theatre on December 29th and run through February 11th.

Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller - not necessarily household names in today's pop music or theatrical worlds. But for decades - especially from the mid 1950's to the mid 1960's - Leiber and Stoller were one of America's most successful songwriting teams. Stage Door Theatre will honor this iconic duo when they present Smokey Joe's Caf - The Songs of Leiber and Stoller, a compendium of some of their greatest hits, in the popular Margate venue's intimate Theatre 2 from December 15th through January 14th. Irving Berlin Salutes America - A Musical Tribute and Patriotic Celebration, created by Alan Jacobson, will open at the PGA Arts Center on November 30th, and run through December 24th.

Due to popular demand, Avi Hoffman's Too Jewish? will be returning to South Florida. The performances will take place at PGA Arts Center in Palm Beach Gardens, from Wednesday, December 27 through Sunday, January 21, 2017.

Top South Florida Broadway and cabaret performers Avery Sommers, John Lariviere, Melissa Boher Jacobson, and Michelle Petrucci will be joined by five talented stars of the future from the Dreyfoos School of the Arts to ring in - and sing in - 2018 at the PGA Arts Center in Palm Beach Gardens. There will be two performances on December 31st the first at 7 pm, and the second at 9:30 pm.

When award-winning vocalist Mimi J. sought to develop a show about the women of soul who influenced her, she immediately turned to her good friend, Carbonell Award-nominated director/choreographer Kevin Black. They tossed around a number of ideas, but they kept coming back to the music of the 70s music they both love.

Evening Star Productions will kick off their newest project, Sol After Dark, with a one-act adaptation of William Shakespeare's Macbeth. The production, which will run for just three days from October 26th to 28th is the first of what Evening Star's Artistic Director Rosalie Grant says will be something a little off the beaten theatre path for those hungry for a different bite of theatre.

Lizzie: The Musical the vibrant, rollicking, rock musical telling of this legendary crime will open Thinking Cap Theatre at the Vanguard's 2017-2018 season on October 20th. The production will run through November 4th.

Stage Door Theatre will present the world premiere of award-winning director/choreographer Kevin Black's newest production, Tickling the Ivories, beginning October 13th. The production will run in the venue's Theatre 2 through November 19th.

It could only take a hurricane to stop Belle Barth! Therefore, due to Hurricane Irma, Raunchy Little Musical - Belle Barth is Back! has been rescheduled. Belle will now blow into the PGA Arts Center on Friday, March 23rd, 2018.
