MNM Theatre Company, North End Theatre Company, and the City of Lauderhill present what is often called 'the perfect musical comedy! Set in Damon Runyon’s mythical New York City, with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Abe Burrows and Jo Swerling, Guys and Dolls is a classic beloved by theatre goers of all ages.

Pigs Do Fly Productions is set to stage a production of Jerry Mayer’s ‘comedy of crosswords and romance,’ 2 Across. The show will run from March 4th through March 20th at the Empire Stage in Fort Lauderdale.

A major chemical company pours cancer-causing waste into the water supply, and a high-powered law firm brings a class action lawsuit on behalf of thousands of “the little people” – who might die from the poisonous water. Who wins?  Who loses?  A Class Act, Norman Shabel's intriguing and timely look at the inner workings of our justice system will ask and possibly answer these, and other questions when the play runs from March 25th through March 27th at Mizner Park Cultural Center in Boca Raton.

Musical theatre audiences love big, splashy musical numbers. And what could be better than those? Big splashy musical numbers… with nuns!  Sister Act, which will open at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center (LPAC) on February 18th and run through March 6th, is chock full of both!

From Lillie Langtry to Cyndi Lauper and Betty Boop to Tina Turner, or from Rosie the Riveter to Britney Spears, female singers and pop stars and their music provide a vivid reflection of how much has changed for women since the beginning of the 20th century.

The Delray Beach Playhouse will present actor/comedian Peter Fogel's multimedia solo show, 'Til Death Do Us Part… You First, for one performance only, on Wednesday, February 23 at 12:30 pm, as part of the theatre's popular “Lunch & Laffs” Cabaret Series.

Devin Tupler, MNM Theatre Company's Director of Education and Outreach Program, will helm the world premiere of Treasure Island, by South playwright Luis Roberto Herrera.  The production will run from January 10th through 13th at the Delray Beach Playhouse.

In Italian Bred – The Theatrical Comedy, actress/singer/storyteller Candice Guardino effortlessly slips in and out of multiple family characters as she reminisces about her childhood. The show, which has received rave reviews wherever it has played, will have its Florida premiere performances at the Mizner Park Cultural Center on February 24th, and at the Delray Beach Playhouse on February 25th and 26th.

Grease, the rollicking rock 'n roll musical that is both an homage to the idealism and the music of the 50s, and a satirical look at teenagers' universal and age-old desire to be provocative and rebellious, is the first joint production of MNM Theatre Company, North End Theater Company, and the City of Lauderhill.  Grease will open on January 21st at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center (LPAC) and run through January 30th.  

Actor/Playwright Tom Dugan's new play, Tell Him It's Jackie will have its premiere South Florida run from December 15th through December 19th at the Mizner Park Cultural Center in Boca Raton.  The play received rave reviews when it debuted in Los Angeles in Dugan's own 'Backyard Playhouse' in 2020.

The Delray Beach Playhouse will open their season with a classic mystery.  Dame Agatha Christie's A Spider's Web, a unique blend of suspense and humor, will open at the Playhouse on December 3rd, and run through December 19th. 

Told with hope, humanity and humor, the play follows Wiesenthal as he addresses a group of visitors on his last day at the Jewish Documentation Center in Vienna. As he reflects on his life and work, Wiesenthal recounts how he faced Hitler's SS; how he endured the loss of family and friends; and how, after liberation day, he began his remarkable journey.

Pigs Do Fly Productions' Helen on Wheels managed just one performance before the pandemic forced the show to shutter in March 2020. However, Pigs' founder and Executive Producer Ellen Wacher vowed Pigs Do Fly Productions and the show would be back when the time was right. Now, with Florida COVID numbers consistently dropping, and audiences starting to attend theatre, Wacher feels “It's time to bring the gang back!”

The Delray Beach Playhouse presents 'The Playhouse Playwrights' Project', October 23 and 24. New plays by nine South Florida playwrights will be showcased over a two-day period. 'We're making magic here!' ~ Marianne Regan, Director, Playhouse Playwrights' Project.

Cabaret veteran, actress, singer, comedian and storyteller Sharon Ruben will bring her 'Broadway Journey through life' production, 2 Guys and a Doll Do Broadway to the Delray Beach Playhouse and the Mizner Park Cultural Center on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Joining her on stage will be two of South Florida's top talents, actor/director Jonathan Van Dyke, and actor/cabaret artist Michael Scott Ross.
