La obra plástica de la artista argentina Cecilia Marcovich (1894-1976) se vio caracterizada por el activismo social y la búsqueda de los derechos equitativos para las mujeres, así como por su tendencia educativa y deseo de formar a las nuevas generaciones. Es un claro ejemplo de la influencia que alcanzó el muralismo mexicano en la escena artística argentina de la época.

El Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura (Inbal) recuerda a la escultora Yvonne Domenge Gaudry (Ciudad de México 1949-2019) en su quinto aniversario luctuoso, el cual se cumple este 27 de septiembre. Miembro de número de la Academia de Artes, la obra de la artista tiene presencia no solo en México, también en Estados Unidos, Canadá, Inglaterra, China y Japón.
