For the past eight years, she has covered news from coast to coast, attended major industry events including The Tony Awards, and has contributed countless special features including interviews, original exclusives, and in-depth historical research projects. She is a graduate of the College of Staten Island with a degree in Communications/Journalism. She has performed both onstage and behind the scenes with La MaMa Experimental Theater Club, Theater For the New City, Midtown International Theater Festival, Richard Frankel Productions, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Scorpio Entertainment, Commercial Theater Institute, Fringe NYC, Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, and CAGE Theatre Company. Two critically acclaimed new Wednesday series, “Speechless” and “Designated Survivor,” have been given full-season pickups, Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment, announced today. Nine additional episodes of both series, from Twentieth Century Fox Television and ABC Studios, and The Mark Gordon Company and ABC Studios respectively, have been ordered.

AMC announced today that Jared Harris (Mad Men, The Crown) has been cast as the lead actor in the networks' anthology drama series, The Terror, an adaption of the bestselling novel by Dan Simmons. David Kajganich (True Story, A Bigger Splash) and Soo Hugh (The Whispers, The Killing) are serving as executive producers, writers and co-showrunners with Scott Free, Emjag Productions and Entertainment 360 producing the series in association with AMC Studios. Production begins this winter in Budapest with the 10 one-hour episodes, set to premiere in 2017.

The Skirball Cultural Center presents the L.A. debut of the 'live documentary' The Love Song of R. Buckminster Fuller on Thursday, November 10, at 8:00 p.m. In a one-night-only engagement, taking place in an intimate 300-seat venue, the screening will feature Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Sam Green narrating the film in person while the acclaimed indie rock band Yo La Tengo performs their original score. Described by author and Harper's Magazine contributing editor Rebecca Solnit as 'a movie being born as you see it and hear it, as alive as music,' the documentary traces the career of twentieth-century futurist, architect, inventor, and author R. Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983), who experimented for fifty years to find out what a single person can do on behalf of humanity.

In 1935, on the set of the movie musical, Top Hat, composer Irving Berlin hummed a then unfamiliar tune to the film's star, Fred Astaire. He had envisioned the song as a centerpiece for a future film starring Astaire and his dance partner, Ginger Rogers. At the time, Berlin was in the midst of a project writing songs for each of the major holidays of the year, but based on his Jewish upbringing, the composer found that Christmas was the most difficult holiday to write for. Nevertheless, the legendary composer rose to the challenge and gave us what is now one of the most popular holiday songs in history, 'White Christmas.'
