On Friday 17 April, Sydney Theatre Company welcomes reggae, folk act Declan Kelly and The Rising Sun to perform as part of The Wharf Sessions - the regular series of free post-show gigs at The Wharf, Sydney Theatre Company’s harbour-side home at Walsh Bay.

Winner of the Best Blues and Roots Act (Music Oz Awards 2008), Declan Kelly is an intuitive music maker who sings, plays drums and composes delicate songs that show influence from the Polynesian melodies, the traditions of reggae and the bitter sweet strains of African American soul.

Entry to the gig is free and available to all. No booking necessary. Drinks and snacks will be available at the bar.
