This superb collaboration of artists features Schubert’s Shepherd on the Rock and a song cycle commissioned for them by the 92nd Street Y from Baltimore composer James Lee III, Chavah’s Daughters Speak. McGill will also perform Schubert’s Arpeggione and William Grant Still’s Romance. McGill is “a captivating virtuoso on the stage and a longtime advocate for social change extending beyond it.” The New York Times
