“It’s A Wonderful Life” was written for the stage by James W. Rodgers, based on the film by
Frank Capra. Bedford Falls resident
George Bailey dreamt of escaping small-town life, but his dreams of adventure were repeatedly quashed by duty. On Christmas Eve, George’s guardian angel, Clarence, comes to save him from despair. Clarence reminds George that his life has been, after all, a wonderful life! The sparkling and magical play includes all of the film’s favorite characters.
