What we're watching: The Almeida's KING LEAR online via Digital Theatre "watchalong". Directed by Michael Attenborough, KING LEAR was his final production as Artistic Director of the Almeida Theatre. Jonathan Pryce plays the title role in a production that ran as part of the World Shakespeare Festival in 2012. Check it out tonight at 7 p.m.!

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Colm Wilkinson, who turns 71 today!

Wilkinson originated the role of 'Jean Valjean' on Broadway in LES MISERABLES in 1987; he was nominated for a Tony Award for his portrayal. He later appeared in Tom Hooper's 2012 film adaptation as the Bishop. He also starred in the musical in the West End. He played the title role in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA in the show's Canadian debut. Wilkinson was a special guest at the 25th Anniversary Concert of LES MIS at the O2 Arena in London in 2010, as well as PHANTOM's 25th Anniversary Celebration at the Royal Albert Hall the following year.
