Up on the Marquee: CABARET

Just yesterday, Roundabout Theatre Company (Artistic Director,Todd Haimes) announced a box office opening celebration at Broadway's Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street). The box office will open for one week only on Monday, November 11 at 12:00PM with tickets on sale to the general public. BroadwayWorld brings you photos of the marquee at Studio 54 Below!

Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall's production of Cabaret, the Tony winning musical by Joe Masteroff, John Kanderand Fred Ebb will star Alan Cumming in his Tony Award-winning role as Emcee, three time Academy Award nomineeMichelle Williams making her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles, two time Tony nominee Linda Emond as Fraulein Schneider and four time Tony nominee Danny Burstein as Herr Schultz. Academy Award-winner Sam Mendes(director) and Academy Award nominee Rob Marshall (co-director/choreographer) will return to recreate their Tony-nominated direction and choreography from the 1998 Tony Award-winning production.

CABARET will play a 24-week limited engagement beginning previews on March 21, 2014 and open officially on April 24, 2014 at the newly transformed Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street).
