The Paramount Hotel is one of few hotels designed by the prolific theater architect Thomas W. Lamb. This historic landmark unveiled a two year 50 plus million dollar re-imagination project with the reopening of Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe, following a 61-year hiatus, innovative retail space, contemporary event spaces, a two-story lobby, 597 newly reinvigorated guest rooms and suites, Paramount News, a stylishly curated store offering design-focused souvenirs, daily newspapers and travel essentials, Paramount Fit, a state-of-the-art fitness center available 24 hours a day, Paramount Bar & Grill and Corso Italian coffee bar. Located on 46th street between Broadway and 8th avenue the Paramount Hotel is settled into the middle of the Theater district and just steps away from Times Square, Broadway shows, restaurant row and much more. Perfectly suited for the sophisticated 21st century traveler the Paramount offers spectacular details in design and amenities while still paying homage to its1928 origins by celebrating its living room style, lavish over-scaled dramatic elements, DJ spinning on the balcony and an epic fireplace wall resembling a modern-day room with a vibe meant for socializing. The Paramount has become the epicenter of all things sophisticated and cool in Times Square. For reservations and additional information, please call +1-877-692-0803 or visit www.nycparamount.com.

In 1938, Billy Rose opened the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel featuring the greatest performers, top vaudeville acts, and the most beautiful showgirls in the world. The New York Times called Diamond Horseshoe the "gayest frolic on Broadway" and it remained a vibrant, groundbreaking venue until it shuttered in 1951. It has been vacant ever since, until now. The legendary Diamond Horseshoe just reopened in its original subterranean location beneath the Paramount Hotel 75 years after it first opened its doors and forever changed New York nightlife. Opening with the first of many performances is the extraordinary production called Queen of the Night, bringing rave reviews and creating buzz throughout the industry. The Diamond Horseshoe is a six-thousand square foot ballroom that will serve as not just a prime midtown nightlife destination, but also a venue for environmental theatrical experiences, special events, and other unique programming.
