Hollywood superstar Bruce Willis first caught the public's attention on smaller screens, as the flippant private investigator David Addison Jr., bantering weekly with Cybill Shepherd on the hit series MOONLIGHTING. But talk turned into action when he began starring in the enormously successful series of DIE HARD films. The two-time Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award winner is now making his Broadway debut alongside three-time Emmy Award winner Laurie Metcalf in William Goldman's stage adaptation of novelist Stephen King's suspense thriller, MISERY.

Charitybuzz is now hosting an online auction, where the highest bidder receives two tickets for a performance of MISERY and a visit with Bruce Willis after the show.

The winning bid will support Working Artists Theatre Project, a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization, that offers artistic growth opportunities for industry professionals through the development of innovative and intelligent productions. Founded by Broadway professionals, WAT PROJECT serves as a forum tailored for working and emerging artists to expand their experience to encompass a variety of theatrical fields and careers. The company is dedicated to showcasing talent, facilitating the artist's evolution, providing career transition opportunities, and building genuine relationships within the New York artistic community.

Broadway's new suspense thriller Misery, starring two-time Emmy Award winner and Golden Globe Award winner Bruce Willis and three-time Emmy Award winner Laurie Metcalf and written by two-time Academy Award winner William Goldman, opened Sunday, November 15, 2015, in a strictly limited 16-week engagement.

Successful romance novelist Paul Sheldon (Bruce Willis) is rescued from a car crash by his "Number One Fan," Annie Wilkes (Laurie Metcalf), and wakes up captive in her secluded home. While Paul is convalescing, Annie reads the manuscript to his newest novel and becomes enraged when she discovers the author has killed off her favorite character, Misery Chastain. Annie forces Paul to write a new "Misery" novel, and he quickly realizes Annie has no intention of letting him go anywhere. The irate Annie has Paul writing as if his life depends on it, and if he does not make her deadline, it will.
