The eclectic duo has collaborated since 1997 and has an array of projects in development.  notes to MariAnne, their contemporary rock musical, premiered in concert at Joe's Pub and is optioned for production by Kirsten Berkman. Their Broadway satire JOE! -- a musical about a guy who gets trapped in a musical -- was recently seen at the Kennedy Center's Theatre Lab. The team is currently collaborating with writer Drew Z. Greenberg  (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The O.C.) on The Stork Derby, a true story of the ground-shaking will left by eccentric millionaire lawyer Charles Vance Millar in the 1920s. The new musical will be produced by Jayson Raitt (Pasadena Playhouse).  Rossmer & Lipton are also developing a movie musical with Greg Lessans at Terra Firma Films (Universal).

Rossmer has performed in numerous Broadway and off-Broadway productions, most recently in Fiddler on the Roof. This summer, he played a leading role in Michael Weller and Lucy Simon's new musical Zhivago, directed by Des McAnuff. Rossmer is singer/songwriter/keyboardist for the rock band The Misconceptions, whose second album Super Orange Happy Sauce comes out this fall.  Lipton has played piano for numerous Broadway and off-Broadway productions, currently in the pit orchestra of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
