Jeremy Jordan, Sierra Boggess, Steven Pasquale & Betsy Wolfe Added to New York Pops' 2015-16 Season

Guest artists Sierra Boggess and Steven Pasquale join The New York Pops and Music Director Steven Reineke to kick off the orchestra's 2015-2016 season on Friday, October 9 at 8:00PM in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage. The program, My Favorite Things: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein, honors the beloved music of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. On Friday, March 11 at 8:00 PM, Jeremy Jordan and Betsy Wolfe are featured with The New York Pops and Maestro Reineke in 42nd on 57th: Broadway Today, an evening of modern musical theater hits.

Additional New York Pops performances at Carnegie Hall next season include Sophisticated Ladies on Friday, November 13 at 8:00PM featuring Montego Glover, Capathia Jenkins, and Sy Smith, celebrating the centennial year of Billie Holiday's birth and other groundbreaking icons of American popular song; It's Christmas Time in the City on Friday, December 18 and Saturday, December 19 at 8:00PM featuring Stephanie J. Block, Brian d'Arcy James, and Essential Voices USA; and Lights, Camera, Action: Spielberg and Williams on Friday, April 8 at 8:00PM honoring the legendary collaborations between Academy Award winners Steven Spielberg and John Williams.

"We are thrilled to announce the lineup for The New York Pops 2015-2016 season," says Music Director Steven Reineke. "Our orchestra is looking forward to playing host to some incredible artists. I am excited to be able to offer such a wonderful variety of concerts for our 33rd season, and I'm eagerly anticipating another memorable year."
