Clear Channel Spectacolor, a brand division of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA) (NYSE:CCO), in partnership with Tony Awards Productions and The Times Square Alliance, today announced that Justin Guarini (Wicked, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, American Idiot, Romeo and Juliet), Deborah Cox (Aida, Jekyll & Hyde) and Jeanna de Waal (Kinky Boots, American Idiot, national tour of Wicked) will perform during the seventh annual simulcast of the Tony Awards in Times Square on Sunday, June 7th. Guarini, co-executive producer, and Cox, a GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum selling singer and entertainer, will also host the simulcast event.
Recognized as one of the best Tony Awards viewing parties in New York City, this year's Times Square simulcast will be larger than ever, with full audio via Clear Channel's Spectacolor screens and FREE seating for 2,000 guests in the heart of the Broadway community. Along with a red carpet meet and greet with Guarini and Cox, and performances by Broadway's hottest stars, theatre lovers will also have a front row seat to the live action at Radio City Music Hall, including portions of the Tony Awards Red Carpet, the Creative Arts Awards and the main attraction-the Tony Awards Show.
"I couldn't be more excited to be in the heart of New York City, and celebrating Broadway's biggest night! Hosting the party, and singing alongside Deborah is the cherry on top of what is going to be a stellar night," Guarini said.

"Being a part of this celebration-literally living each moment with the fans in the heart of Broadway, Times Square, sharing great Broadway moments, and performing with Justin-I don't know if it gets better than that!"

· Jeanna de Waal, "History of Wrong Guys" from the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots
"For Broadway's biggest night, we're pulling out all the stops to deliver an immersive fan experience with our live Tony Awards Simulcast in Times Square," said Harry Coghlan, President of CCOA-NY. "I have just one comment, 'get there early.'" Clear Channel Spectacolor is co-producer of the 2015 simulcast and an official media partner of the 69thAnnual Tony Awards.
The simulcast is rain or shine, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Duffy Square and the Broadway Plaza between 46th and 48th St., the heart of Times Square. Seating is open to the public on a first-come, first served basis.
The Tony Awards, hosted by Kristin Chenoweth and Alan Cumming, will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall on CBS, on Sunday, June 7th, 8:00 - 11:00 PM (ET/PT time delay). The Tony Awards are presented by the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League.
