According to The Daily Mail, Gemma Arterton has been tapped to co-host the 2014 Olivier Awards ceremony, set for April 13 at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
Arterton told the Mail that she had never attended the awards before but that she is "excited and touched" to have been asked. She will share the spotlight with fellow host Stephen Mangan.

Arterton was also just announced as the star of the musical adaptation of the film Made in Dagenham, which will run at the Adelphi Theatre this October.
She made her stage debut in Love's Labour's Lost at the Globe Theatre in 2007 and starred in The Duchess of Malfi at the new Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at Shakespeare's Globe this January.
Arterton's upcoming big screen projects include Gemma Bovery, Once Upon a Time in the Kitchen and The Keys to the Street.
