Fashion Photo of the Day 9/25/13 - Allison Williams

Allison Allison Allison. You are so gorgeous and I love your chic, classic fashion sense. But, and I am so sorry there is a but, I find this Ralph Lauren dress to be almost too simple. Do I think she looks beautiful? Yes. Is the dress stunning in it's simplicity? Yes. That's not my issue. It's her styling.

There is something so bold about going with a simple dress that kills it with it's tailoring, fit, silhouette and color. This Ralph Lauren dress does all of those things. It is simply elegant. And if anyone was going to pull off a dress like this it was going to be Allison Williams. I just wish she would have slicked back her hair into a pony tail and added some fabulous earrings. Her loose waves and gold cuffs made the dress too casual for me. A little high fashion styling would have elevated this look to something really spectacular.
