In honor of International Women’s Day, BroadwayWorld, in association with Pass the Salt Productions is thrilled to present the short musical film, ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE. Executive producer and co-creator Sarah Bierstock joined forces with director and co-creator Desiree Abeyta to showcase an all-star Broadway cast featuring J. Max Baker (One Christmas Carol), Charl Brown (Tammy Faye), Kristy Cates (Wicked), Paige Davis (Chicago), Kim Berrios Lin (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Miranda Plant Byers (Love, Medea), Christiane Noll (Dear Evan Hansen),  Zal Owen (Harmony), Andrew O’Shanick (Harmony), Shina Ann Morris (Spamalot), Patrick Page (Hadestown).  The film is rounded out by an all-female powerhouse producing team of Miranda Plant Byers, Jennifer Diamond, Jennifer Piech Pasbjerg, and Danielle Lemberg (Seward and Kissel, LLP).  

The cast, crew, and sponsors gathered at the Triad Theater to celebrate the wrap party and advanced screening of the short musical film ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE! Executive producer and co-creator Sarah Bierstock, of Pass the Salt Productions, was joined by director and co-creator Desiree Abeyta, along with a room full of enthusiastic producers, including Miranda Plant Byers, Jennifer Diamond, Jennifer Piech Pasbjerg, and sponsor Danielle Lemberg (Seward and Kissel, LLP).

Last night, I was lucky enough to attend the opening night of Core Theatre Group’s (Hudson Valley’s newest theatre company), production of The Last Five Years, starring Season 6 winner of the The Voice Maelyn Jarmon and Clay Singer (The Band’s Visit).  This production, directed with honesty and inventiveness by Jessica McRoberts, one of the founding members of Core Theatre Group, was a breath of fresh air. 

Emmy Rossum looked as lovely as ever yesterday at the Sundance Institute Vanguard Leadership Award honoring Glenn Close. Rossum wore a floral dress by Katharine Kidd in blues, silvers and purples. The cool tones gave a modern twist to a very feminine pattern and silhouette. But what is even more of a twist is how Rossum adding warm blush tones with her nude pumps and makeup.

Last night's Chime for Change One-Year Anniversary Event, hosted by Gucci, was the first time the Knowles sisters appeared together since the infamous shoving match between Solange and Beyonce's husband, Jay-Z. Security footage was sold to the press showing Solange hitting her brother-in-law after the Met gala and it immediately went viral. But here they are together again, looking as fabulous as ever.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), along with Swarovski, hosted their annual CFDA Fashion Awards last night. This year's Fashion Icon Award was awarded to Rihanna byVogue editor in chief, Anna Wintour. Wintour praised the singer for her ability to tell captivating stories through the boldness and beauty of clothes. Rihanna thanked members of the audience: 'the designers, the models, and everyone else who has inspired me.' You can view her exceptance speech here.

Well the big day has come and gone. Kim Kardashian married Kanye West this weekend in Florence, Italy in what could have only been a lavish evening. Let's be real though, all people really cared about is Kim's dress. Who did she wear?

Nothing says bridal like a super low cut dress. Kim Kardashian stepped out with fiance Kanye West in Paris dressed in sexy white dress. The pair were heading to Versailles, where they hosted a private tour and dinner for 120 guests. Now that is what I call a rehearsal dinner!

y love for Diane Kruger knows no boundaries. She never fails to wow me at an event and never gets stuck in just one 'look.' She easily switches from cool and sophisticated, to chic and sleek, to feminine and classic. But the one thing that remains constant is that the former model does it all without a stylist. It's pretty incredible! She not only knows when to take a fashion risk but she knows what looks best on her and to trust her own instincts. These are skills one can definitely learn but I have never seen someone nail it so well and so consistently as Kruger.

Cara Delevingne looked ravishing at the De Grisogono dinner party last night. Delevingne wore a white, beaded chiffon dress by Roberto Cavalli from the S/S 2014 collection - it was actually the finale dress. The beading is incredibly intricate and the extra layers of chiffon cascading to the ground give the dress some romance. But the drama comes from the low back!

Carrie Carrie Carrie, what am I going to do with you? You are a young, sexy, beautiful and vibrant young woman. Why do you pick matronly dresses every now and then? Sometimes you hit the carpet in a tiny sparkling mini dress and then other times you wear a gown and a hairstyle suitable for a woman at least double your age. Why are you in such a hurry to age yourself?

America Ferrara looked glorious in a Geroges Hobieka gown at the How To Train Your Dragon 2 premiere at The Cannes Film Festival. From a distance you would think this is just a big, princess ballgown. But upclose, there is so much more happening! First of all, I love the pearl beading detail and the sweet little bow. But it's the very sexy cutout to her waist that really makes this dress!

Blake Lively looked like a vision in a shear Chanel dress at the 'Mr Turner' premiere during the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival. Every year the Cannes Festival is filled with stars, major movies and major fashion. Lively's Chanel dress has started the festival off on a high note. She nailed that combination of sexy and chic that can be so difficult for some to achieve.

What do you wear to a dinner at Windsor Castle hosted by the Duke of Cambridge Prince William, celebrating the work of The Royal Marsden? Well Emma Watson seemed to know. I would have been freaking out! But not Watson. She looked cool, chic and effortlessly classy in a white button down and long gray skirt.

Krysten Ritter wore a gorgeous Temperley London dress to the NBC upfronts this week. But here's the thing: I think she was a little over dressed don't you? It must be really difficult to pick the perfect outfit for an event like the upfronts. Do you go chic and sleek? Classic? Feminine? Sexy but professional? I also think you would want to represent your character in some way too.

Only Carrie Bradshaw - oh I am sorry - I mean, Sarah Jessica Parker could have such an amazing fashion moment while still adhering to a strick white tie theme. Last night's Met Gala theme was Charles James and in true SJP fashion, she took the theme and ran with it.

This morning, the First Lady Michelle Obama cut the ribbon of the Anna Wintour Costume Center at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The crowd was filled with a fashion heavy crowd not only because of the unveiling of the Costume Center but also because of tonight's Costume Institute benefit.

Reese Witherspoon looked perfectly chic at The Colleagues' 26th Annual Spring Luncheon this week in Los Angeles. Witherspoon wore an Oscar de la Renta that to me epitomizes a 'ladies who lunch' dress. I can't explain what that means in great detail other than you know one when you see one. For me, a 'ladies who lunch' dress is feminine but not precious, sophisticated but not edgy, classic but not stuffy, embellished but not showy. And really, who better to make a 'ladies who lunch dress' than Oscar de la Renta?

Amy Adams I have missed you! I got so spoiled during awards season seeing one of my favorites rock event after event. And now, it has felt like ages since I have seen her amazing fashion sense hit the carpet. Thank goodness Adams brought some major glamour to the Times 100 Gala in the form of a navy Tory Burch gown.

Carrie Underwood attended the Time 100 Gala last night in New York City wearing a Claire Pettibone dress. The country superstar reminded me of a modern version of a socialite friend of Lady Rose from Downton Abbey. There is something about the combination of the soft silver color mixed with the embroidered overlay. It all comes together in a feminine dress with the right amount of drama.
