Fashion Photo of the Day 8/5/13 - Amanda Seyfried

I love Amanda Seyfried, love her. But I don't always love her fashion choices. Sometimes she knocks it out of the park like at the SAG awards in a stunning Zac Posen gown. And then sometimes she will kind of miss the mark a little like at the Oscars. I thought that dress was just a little too old for her, or it was the way she did her hair with the dress. Anyway, I was hoping Seyfried would wear something a little more exciting and bold for the premiere of her new film Lovelace. With all eyes on the young starlet, isn't now the perfect time to go big or go home?

Seyfried chose, in my opinion, a very safe look by Stella McCartney. It's clean, simple and classic but it's kind of blah too. It does nothing for her gorgeous shape! If it doesn't fit like a glove, then the beauty of it's simplicity gets lost. I will say her hair and makeup look flawless and I love the deep red lip. But for me, that's about the only thing I like about this outfit. Seyfried, you are a beautiful, young, vibrant and sexy girl. Why would you chose to wear a white, shapeless sack?
