Fashion Photo of the Day 6/28/13 - Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough knows how to wear a peplum! We've seen so many lately and I don't think they are going anywhere fast. But it's very refreshing to see a sort of rocker/edgy peplum look happening. It's an unexpected twist on a very ladylike silhouette. Leave it to Hough to take a classic shape and step it up a notch in a way no one else has - well Hough and Monique Lhuillier!

First off, I love the bold pattern. Yes, we've seen A LOT of black and white lately but let's face it, its as classic as a combination as they come. But I love how detailed, romantic and sexy this print is and it makes a really bold statement. Next, Hough's makeup is just cool, plain and simple. Her blue eyes are piercing through the black eyeliner and soft pink cheeks add the right amount of color, leaving her lips pale. She finished everything off with a very natural wave in her hair and her only bling was a Judith Leiber clutch. I love this look and think Hough has knocked it out of the park!
