TV Personality and Fashion Police co-host Giuliana Rancic will definitely top best dressed lists from this week. She wore a stunning blue dress by Randa Salamoun to host the Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas Sunday night. Rancic is known for her presence and fashion on E! and she looked radiant in a chic yet modern floor length gown. I especially love the bold blue color and her glam styling.

Randa Salamoun's designs transcend geographical and national boundaries to reach the international woman.
