My love for Diane Kruger knows no boundaries. She never fails to wow me at an event and never gets stuck in just one "look." She easily switches from cool and sophisticated, to chic and sleek, to feminine and classic. But the one thing that remains constant is that the former model does it all without a stylist. It's pretty incredible! She not only knows when to take a fashion risk but she knows what looks best on her and to trust her own instincts. These are skills one can definitely learn but I have never seen someone nail it so well and so consistently as Kruger.

Kruger attended the 73rd Annual George Foster Peabody awards this week in New York City wearing a silk dress by Giambattista Valli that took the high/low hemline to a whole new level. I am mad over the soft print mixed with the severe lines in the skirt. Valli amped up the drama by making the dress super short in the front and add more of a train in the back. It created an overall memorable fashion moment for Kruger, who finished the look off with pale mint pumps. If there was anyone who could make mint pumps look chic it's Kruger.
