I always love seeing Chloe Sevigny on the carpet. Her quirky style always keeps me on my toes and just when I think I've figured her out, she goes and wears a LBD! But this is Chloe Sevigny after all so her version of an LBD does have a fun twist! Are you loving the huge white petticoat sticking out as much as I am? After seeing this picture I immediately looked up Katy Rodriguez and decided I must own this dress.
