Fashion Photo of the Day 2/25/14 - Lupita Nyong'o

I wonder what it must be like to be Lupita Nyong'o right now. She has been thrust on the world stage both as a new talent to pay attention to and a fashion force to be reckoned with. And clearly she has had her pick of amazing dresses for this awards season. It must all be so thrilling and overwhelming, but hopefully she is taking it all in. It's not every day you get to get all dolled up for a red carpet in one amazing dress after another.

Nyong'o looked like a bronze goddess in Lanvin at the Non-Stop film premiere in Los Angeles. I am obsessed with the texture of the dress - it is edgy mixed with a chic and flirty silhouette. I am usually not one to go for a "matchy-matchy" look but I think the bronze shoes and bronze lips take this look to a whole new level. Who knew you could do a bronze lip and look this amazing? Clearly Nyong'o did! I cannot wait to see what she wears to Sunday's Oscar Awards. All I know is that it will be amazing!
