The well-intended advice many will offer before a first date is to "just be yourself," but that may not be easy for the crazily talented Christina Bianco, who's had major success being other people.

Bianco was first noticed by New York theatregoers for impersonations of great theatre divas like Kristin Chenoweth and Julie Andrews in Forbidden Broadway. She earned a Drama Desk nomination for playing dozens of characters in the one-woman comedy APPLICATION PENDING, and she regularly busts the Internet with videos where she quickly bounces between Broadway and pop superstar impersonations such as Barbra Streisand, Britney Spears, Idina Menzel, Liza Minnelli and many more.

She's just started a UK tour of her new show, ME, MYSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE at the Edinburgh Fringe (visit christinabianco.com for tour schedule) and while she's in town she'll be going on a blind date. That may not seem too out of the ordinary unless you know that a live audience will be watching her every move.

Bianco will be the latest guest star in Edinburgh Fringe's THE BLIND DATE PROJECT, a fully improvised one-hour show set in a karaoke bar where actor Bojana Novakovic plays Anna, a woman waiting for her unknown match to arrive. Each night, her date is a different performer whose identity is unknown to her until the moment of performance. There is no script. All dialogue is improvised by the performers who are guided only by directions sent to them via SMS and phone calls.

Will Christina Bianco be able to just be herself under these circumstances or will Anna find herself on an unexpected date with Celine Dion? Only one way to find out.
