Core Company of 29 Stars Announced for 'Night Job'

Jed Bernstein, producer of Don't Quit Your Night Job, Broadway's new after hours revue, has announced the complete company of Broadway and comedy performers that will join the show created and devised by Steve Rosen (Monty Python's Spamalot), David Rossmer (Nerds), Sarah Saltzberg (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) and Dan Lipton (The Coast of Utopia), on stage beginning April 26th at HA! Comedy Club (163 West 46th Street at 7th Avenue). Opening Night is set for Thursday, May 17th at 9:45 p.m.

Each performance will feature 4 performers from the following list joining Rosen, Rossmer, Saltzberg and Lipton in Don't Quit Your Night Job every night. The core company of 29 includes Jill Abramovitz (Fame Becomes Me), Eric B. Anthony (Mary Poppins), Todd Buonopane (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Tim Cain (Godspell), Matt Cavenaugh (Grey Gardens), Will Chase (High Fidelity), Jennifer Cody (Pajama Game), Jenn Colella (High Fidelity), John Ellison Conlee (The Full Monty), Tara Copeland (Chicago City Limits), Deborah S. Craig (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Will Erat (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Josh Gad (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Jordan Gelber (Avenue Q), Jared Gertner (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Jerzy Gwiazdowski (The Lieutenant of Inishmore), Jeff Hiller (The Awesome 80's Prom), Lisa Jolley (Hairspray), Jason Kravitz (The Drowsy Chaperone), Stacie Morgain Lewis (Wicked), Vasthy Mompoint (Mary Poppins), Nancy Opel (Urinetown), Charlie Pollack (Urinetown), Greg Reuter (Monty Python's Spamalot), Sandy Rustin (I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change), Amy Rutberg (Our Leading Lady), Clarke Thorell (Hairspray), Donna Vivino (Hairspray), and Noah Weisberg (Legally Blonde).

About the new company, producer Bernstein commented, "Our creators have assembled a wide variety of fantastic talent that will guarantee that Don't Quit remains diverse, surprising and hilarious at each and every performance."  Don't Quit Your Night Job is Broadway¹s late night happening of music, comedy and improvisation. The show features a rotating core cast of Broadway and comedy's brightest new stars, complete with surprise celebrity guests nightly, and comes to Broadway (or, near Broadway), after a wild sold-out engagement at Joe¹s Pub downtown.

Special Celebrity Guests set to appear in the premiere weeks of Don't Quit Your Night Job include Hank Azaria, Kristin Chenoweth, Brian D'Arcy James, Paige Davis, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Dan Fogler, Hunter Foster, Kat Foster, Sutton Foster, Heather Goldenhersh, Marvin Hamlisch, Jane Krakowski, Marc Kudisch, Huey Lewis, Andrea Martin, Andrea McArdle, John McDaniel, Eric Millegan, Bebe Neuwirth, Kelli O'Hara, Lonny Price, Anthony Rapp, Michael Riedel, Tony Roberts, Seth Rudetsky, Peter Scolari, Marian Seldes, Christopher Sieber, Mary Testa, Alan Tudyk, Patrick Wilson, B.D. Wong, and Adrian Zmed, among many others.

Don't Quit Your Night Job plays the following performance schedule: Sundays & Mondays at 7:00 p.m., Thursdays & Fridays at 11:00 p.m., and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $55.00 for Preferred Seating & $35.00 Regular Seating with an additional 2-item food/beverage minimum per person.
