Overture Center in Madison, Wis. announced its 2026/27 season, featuring eight Broadway productions including Wisconsin premieres of MAYBE HAPPY ENDING and DEATH BECOMES HER, plus over 30 Overture Presents performances.

Overture Center has revealed its 2026/27 season. The lineup includes eight Broadway shows and more than 30 Overture Presents performances, including The National Tours of The Outsiders, Maybe Happy Ending, and more.

Playhouse Square announced the 2026-27 Broadway in Akron season, featuring BEETLEJUICE, THE BODYGUARD, A BEAUTIFUL NOISE, and THE WIZ at E.J. Thomas Hall. Season packages range from $95 to $380.

The Hanover Theatre & Conservatory for the Performing Arts announced its 2026-2027 season, with subscriptions on sale now for its Broadway, Dance, and The Hanover Theatre Repertory (THT Rep) series.

The Playhouse on Rodney Square will host the 2026/27 Broadway in Wilmington season featuring premieres of Six and The Wiz, among others. Subscriptions are now available.

The Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, in collaboration with Nederlander and PFM, will present its 2026-27 Broadway season in Greensboro, NC, including shows like WICKED and THE GREAT GATSBY.

Center Theatre Group announces CTG:FWD programming for the spring and summer of 2026, featuring a special return engagement of GUAC at the Kirk Douglas Theatre, the return of MUSE/IQUE with two new concerts at the Mark Taper Forum, and ¡SÍ SE PUEDE!, a world premiere play that will tour throughout Los Angeles. 

The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts has announced the Memorial Hermann Broadway at the Hobby Center 2026–2027 season, featuring six Houston premieres, first national tours, and the return of audience favorites.

The Muny has selected the seven teams of directors, choreographers, music directors and lead designers whose creative visions will shape the Tony Award-winning theatre’s 2026 season in Forest Park.

Actors Theatre of Indiana's (ATI) Lucky Stiff will open January 30 thru February 15. The cast has been announced that will be part of this wildly funny, fast-paced musical murder mystery.

The Best of Broadway series will present DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (September 16 – 21, 2025) and THE SOUND OF MUSIC (November 4 – 9, 2025) as part of the 2025 – 2026 Best of Broadway season at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center.

Asolo Repertory Theatre has announced complete casting for the epic closing of the 2024 – 2025 Season, Jesus Christ Superstar, which begins previews on May 14, 2025. Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lyrics by Tim Rice and directed and choreographed by Josh Rhodes. Jesus Christ Superstar runs May 14 – June 15.

Center Theatre Group will present two TheaterWorksUSA's productions at the Kirk Douglas Theatre – Cat Kid Comic Club: The Musical from November 22, 2024 to January 5, 2025 and the return of El Otro Oz, a bilingual musical inspired by The Wizard of Oz from March 29 to April 13, 2025.

Move over Witches of Oz. There’s a new pair of Broadway-Bound divas looking to stage a wicked fight for supremacy eight shows a week. And you better best believe the stage becomes her, er, them.

“SOUTH PACIFIC is a masterpiece, and the role of Emile de Becque is an important one.  He is a man who hates war, has found his slice of peace, and is willing to fight for love.  It is such a joy to play the part and be able to fall in love eight times a week.”  Baritone William Michals is sharing his thoughts about MSMT and Fulton Theatres’ new co-production of SOUTH PACIFIC which opens MSMT’s 65th season on June 6, 2024 (Previews June 5).  His enthusiasm for the project is shared by his co-star, Carolyn Anne Miller, who plays Ensign Nellie Forbush. “I have fond memories of the show from the records my grandmother, who was an actor, used to play.  I knew all the songs by heart, and it is a thrill to play the role for the first time.”
