NORMAN, Starring Emily VanCamp & Dan Byrd, Set for 5/7 DVD Release

Freestyle Digital Media announced today that they have acquired all DVD and VOD rights to NORMAN, the critically acclaimed drama directed by Jonathan Segal ("The Last Run"), which stars Emily VanCamp ("Revenge"), Dan Byrd ("Cougar Town"), Richard Jenkins ("Jack Reacher"), Adam Goldberg ("Saving Private Ryan") and Billy Lush ("The Black Donnellys"). The film was produced by Kim Blackburn, Dan Keston, Hawk Koch and Jonathan Segal. NORMAN, a previous winner of the Silver Hugo New Directors Competition at the Chicago International Film Festival, is slated for a simultaneous DVD and VOD release on May 7, 2013. (more...)

The film, which premiered in the gala/spotlight section of this year's Tribeca Film Festival, was produced by Stephen Dyer ('Hysteria') and Angie Meyer ('Wuss'), and is slated for a day and date release on theatrical and DVD/VOD today, February 8th, 2013. Amas Musical Theatre will celebrate its 44th Year with a Gala evening on Monday, April 1st, 2013 featuring a special concert by two-time Tony Nominee Christine Andreas with Martin Silvestri at the piano, titled LOVE IS GOOD. The event will honor legendary producer Eric Krebs with The Rosie Award and will take place at the Baruch Performing Arts Center, East 25th Street between Lexington and 3rd Avenues beginning at 6:30pm. The evening's host will be Broadway and television star Dan Lauria (Lombardi, A Christmas Story, The Wonder Years), and the emcee will be Tony and Olivier Award Nominee Tony Sheldon (Priscilla Queen of the Desert).
