The Lower Depth Theatre Ensemble presents the West Coast premiere of ELMINA'S KITCHEN, written by award-winning playwright Kwame Kwei-Armah, directed by Gregg T. Daniel. This gut-wrenching drama is set in the notorious "Murder Mile" section of London's East End. George and Carr Star in TOPDOG/UNDERDOG for Amun Ra fundraiser

Former NFL great Eddie George and Amun Ra Theatre founder and artistic director jeff obafemi carr -star in a special one-night-only production of Suzan Lori Parks' Topdog/Underdog at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center's James K. 26 Classic Films Coming to DVD From MGM's Limited Edition Collection

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is bringing more classics to DVD in May through the unique 'manufacturing on demand' ('MOD'). The newest selection of available films is a part of MGM's Limited Edition Collection and available through major online retailers. Broadway Vet and Oscar Winner Louis Gossett Jr. Battles Prostate Cancer

Broadway star Louis Gossett Jr. announced today that he is battling prostate cancer. Gossett Jr. said he was able to catch the cancer in its early stages and is receiving treatment.
