California Stage to Present Ray Bradbury's MARS IS HEAVEN, 8/22
by BWW News Desk - Aug 7, 2012

The late Ray Bradbury wrote the classic sci-fi drama "Mars is Heaven" in 1947 as a short story for a magazine he edited. Bradbury's philosophy viewed the future of space travel with awe and fear. In this production, we search the face of Mars to see if there are beings hidden among the craters, and if so, are they friendly or not? California Stage presents this work on August 22, 2012 to commemorate Ray Bradbury's first birthday away from this planet. (more...)
