Robert Sean Leonard to Play Atticus Finch in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD at Regent's Parkby BWW News Desk - Mar 8, 2013Regent's Park Open Air Theatre has announced today that Robert Sean Leonard will play Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird, the first production of the 2013 season. The Tony award-winning American actor is best known for playing Dr. James Wilson in the Fox television series House and Neil Perry in the 1989 movie Dead Poets Society. Having frequently performed on and off Broadway since 1986, To Kill a Mockingbird will mark Robert's return to the London stage for the first time in 22 years. THE GIN GAME Runs at Artists Rep, Now thru 4/28by BWW News Desk - Mar 26, 2013Artists Rep will present The Gin Game by D.L. Coburn, starring Allen Nause and Vana O'Brien, directed by JoAnn Johnson. This two-person, two-act play is a 1978 Pulitzer Prize winner and garnered multiple Tony Award nominations both with its original 1977 production and the Broadway revival in 1997. This play replaces the originally planned production of The Invisible Hand by Ayad Akhtar. (more...)
