The producers of Peter Morgan's The Audience, starring Academy Award winner Helen Mirren, announced today that Geoffrey Beevers, Michael Elwyn, Richard McCabe, and Rufus Wright, all of whom were in the smash London run of the play, will join the Broadway company.

The Helpmann Awards, which has recognised the achievements in live performance in Australia since 2001, is the Australian industry's equivalent of the Tony Awards and the Olivier Awards.

The 2014-2015 season of 'Concerts from the Library of Congress' brings a stellar roster of performers, ensembles and scholars from around the world in commemoration of the 150th birthday of founding patron Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge. Roundabout Theatre Company has announced Tony Award winner Rosemary Harris will play the role of 'Eleanor Swan' in the Off-Broadway premiere of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink, directed by Carey Perloff. The current production of MARY POPPINS that's playing at The Muny is 'practically perfect', featuring some nice special effects, a wonderful set, and terrific performances that manage to capture the spirit of the 1964 Disney film, as well as the P.L. Travers books that inspired it. The original and familiar tunes of Richard and Robert Sherman mesh seamlessly with the new material created by composers George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, and it's all lushly orchestrated and performed. Additionally, Julian Fellowes has crafted a book that incorporates bits plucked from the movie as well as from Travers' original stories. This intermingling of the old with the new is surprisingly refreshing. This is a spectacular show that appeals to both children and adults.

Family dynamics are examined in June's selections on Reel 13. Relationships between sisters are strained with disastrous results in Dead Ringer on June 22 and What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? on June 29.
