Tonight, San Diego REP hosted their Season 41 announcement party, where company leadership announced the 2016-2017 lineup featuring two world premiere plays with music, with books by Hershey Felder and by Todd Salovey, respectively; two world premiere plays by Herbert Siguenza and Karen Zacarias, respectively; the 2013 Pulitzer Prize winner for drama; one of the most produced plays in America; and the plans for a newly renovated lobby and seating area of the Stage theatre.

One of San Diego REPertory Theatre's most acclaimed productions, R. BUCKMINSTER FULLER: THE HISTORY (AND MYSTERY) OF THE UNIVERSE returns to the Lyceum Stage after 16 years.

Teatro ZinZanni Seattle today announced the royal flush cast of its fall creation Hollywood Nights - a three-hour whirlwind of love, chaos and dinner served up à la cirque, comedy, and cabaret. Hollywood Nights will feature the long-awaited return of prolific actor and fun-slinger Ron Campbell as well as absurd visual comedian Mr. P.P. Filling out another international cast of unique talents is chanteuse Francine Reed, aerial trapeze artists Ben Wendel (of Duo Madrona) and Terry Crane, opera diva Juliana Rambaldi, master juggler Gamal David Garcia, vaudevillian Wayne Doba, acrobat-dancer Andrea Conway Doba, gorgeous gymnast Elena Gatilova and Chinese Pole acrobat Domitil Aillot. Hollywood Nights is set to open September 17, 2015 (press night Thursday, October 1, 2015) and run through January 31, 2016 at Teatro ZinZanni (222 Mercer Street, Seattle).

Due to an enthusiastic reception from critics and audiences alike, Berkeley Rep is proud to announce that the madcap comedy One Man, Two Guvnors, a sassy update of Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters, will extend for one week, closing on June 28, 2015.

Set in 1963 Brighton, England, One Man, Two Guvnors is a brilliantly delicious mash-up of splendid comedy, British pantomime, and music-hall revues. The uproarious plot features a disarming and doltish Francis Henshall who finds himself trapped by farce into working for two bosses - who are connected in wildly improbable ways. He just has to keep them from discovering each other. Inspired insanity, high-low antics, and nimble wordplay ensue - all backed by live musicians paying homage to rockabilly and a certain Fab Four. Directed by David Ivers - artistic director of the Utah Shakespeare Festival - and with songs by Grant Olding, One Man, Two Guvnors is a riotous blast complete with a colorful cast of characters in a topsy-turvy world of love triangles and mistaken identities. Legendary concert promoter Pat DiCesare, who brought the band to Pittsburgh for its historic performance, will reprise his role by hosting a series of events, including a tribute concert featuring Beatlemania Now, tonight, September 13th at 8pm, at the Benedum Center.
