The Cleveland Orchestra announces its 2019 Blossom Music Festival season, presented by The J.M. Smucker Company. Twenty concerts will be part of the Blossom Music Festival, taking place from the weekend prior to the Fourth of July through Labor Day weekend (June 29 - September 1).

On Sunday December 16 at 7:30pm, the Midland Cultural Centre is proud to present a rising star of American songwriting Joe Crookston in their 'Intimate Spaces' Concert Series. Named 2016 Folk Alliance International Artist-in-Residence and with his songs being made into films, Joe Crookston is becoming a staple in folk and roots music genres. Based in the city of Ithaca, New York state, he was recently signed to Tamulevich Artist Management in the company of longtime luminaries John Gorka and Peter Yarrow.

Ars Nova Hosts OVER/UNDER UNPLUGGED, Three Free Concerts

Ars Nova, "one of the most adventurous Off-Broadway companies" (New York Times), under the leadership of Founding Artistic Director Jason Eagan and Managing Director Renee Blinkwolt, will host Over/Under Unplugged, a free concert series following select Friday evening performances of Andrew R. Butler's Rags Parkland Sings the Songs of The Future. Concerts will feature performers from The Future and special guests performing unplugged and up close. They'll #playforchange with any donations dropped in their bucket going to select charities including the National Network of Abortion Funds, The Trevor Project, and The National Eating Disorders Association.

National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (NYTF) will launch its Fall extension of the critically-acclaimed Yiddish language production of Fiddler on the Roof, playing at the Museum of Jewish Heritage (MJH) at Edmond J.
