Williams' band, The Lone Bellow, has released five studio albums with one produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, Sturgil Simpson) and two produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner (Taylor Swift, Sharon Van Etten), including their most recent Half Moon Light.
The album was announced last month via Rolling Stone and heralded by the release of “Dust Cain’t Kill Me,” performed by The Secret Sisters.
They also flew in their drummer Rob Humphreys (Leonard Cohen, Jason Mraz) for the recording and worked with Chad Copelin (Sufjan Stevens, Christina Perri, Ben Rector) back in Oklahoma for keys and additional production as well as keyboardist Dan Walker (Heart).
