Opening night for this American premiere of WHEN THE RAIN STOPS FALLING, which is being produced by arrangement with Jean Doumanian and Freddy DeMann, is Monday, March 8 at 6:45pm.

The record breaking National Tour of Monty Python's SPAMALOT, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, will close in Costa Mesa CA on October 18th. The musical's tour will have played 1408 performances over 101 separate engagements throughout North America, to an audience estimated at nearly 3.6 million people.

The 'Bright Side of Life' will light up for just two more weeks as The Tony and Grammy Award-winning MONTY PYTHON'S SPAMALOT makes its final stop (after an almost four year national tour run) at the Orange County Performing Arts Center on October 6 - 18. As a special closing treat, John O' Hurley (TV's Seinfeld, Dancing with the Stars, and Family Feud) will reprise the role of King Arthur for its final set of performances. Martin Moran returns to Monty Python's SPAMALOT on January 6. SPAMALOT is running at the Shubert Theater. Moran will take the place of 'American Idol' finalist Clay Aiken in the role of Sir Robin. Aiken's last performance was on Jan. 4th.

Clay Aiken returned to the scene of his triumphant Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Monty Python's SPAMALOT on September 19th. Clay's debut on Broadway earlier this year was met with wild enthusiasm from both his legion of fans and the New York press. After the performance on Friday December 5th the Broadway actor and music superstar made one lucky fans birthday something special by stopping by and signing her program and wishing her a very happy birthday. Broadwayworld's camera was there to join in on all the b-day fun!

The New York Times is reporting that Eric Idle is guiding the drive to officially take Monty Python to the Internet.The creation is called, Pythonline.com, it is a social network and digital playground, offers clips of old material that people can use to make mash-ups, perhaps inserting their own pet in the killer-rabbit scene from 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail.'

Monty Python's SPAMALOT, the 2005 Tony Award? winning Broadway smash hit musical lovingly ripped-off from the internationally famous comedy team's most popular motion picture, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, will play its last pair of coconuts on Sunday, January 11, 2009 following the evening performance, after 1,574 performances (and 35 previews) at the Shubert Theatre in New York.
