The Directors Company (Michael Parva, Artistic Director; Leah Michalos, Producing Director) is pleased to announce the next reading in its reading series, a new play by Anastasia Traina, directed by Jean Wagner, featuring Anna Bikales, Scott Cohen, Dominic Fumusa, Timothy Britten Parker,Joanne Tucker, and Ilana Levine.

The National Arts Club (NAC) has selected Inda Craig-Galván as the recipient of the 2019 Kesselring Prize for playwriting. Since 1980, the $25,000 award has been presented to an outstanding playwright deserving of national recognition.

Fellowship for Performing Arts announced today its productions for late 2018 and early 2019, marking the company's fourth full season in New York. The season will be headlined by the return of FPA's signature production of C.S. LEWIS' THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS and a revival of Robert Bolt's Tony Award-winning play, A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS, a Machiavellian political-religious drama ripped from today's headlines. Last night, Tony Award-winning playwright David Henry Hwang presented the 2017 Kesselring Prize to rising young playwright Lauren Yee at the National Arts Club. Ms. Yee earned the Kesselring for her play THE GREAT LEAP, to be produced this season by Denver Center, Seattle Rep and Atlantic Theater Company.
