Jane Moss, Ehrenkranz Artistic Director, today announced the programming for the 46th season of the Mostly Mozart Festival, which runs from July 28 - August 25, 2012. Spanning seven venues, the Festival will offer more than 37 events including concerts, dance, visual art, film, pre-concert recitals, late-night performances, lectures, and bird-watching tours through Central Park, a special accompaniment to this summer's birdsong theme. Bach Festival Society Concludes Season with SPRING IN VIENNA, 4/28-4/29 by BWW

Vienna has been home to some of the world's most important composers and has inspired some of the greatest works in Western musical history. The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park concludes its 2011-2012 Season with "Spring in Vienna," featuring music that captures the spirit of the "city of music." The Bach Festival Choir and Orchestra are joined by soprano Julia Foster and tenor Curtis Rayam on a program including the Blue Danube Waltz by Johann Strauss, the first movement of Schubert's Symphony No. 8 ("The Unfinished"), excerpts from Brahms' Liebeslieder Waltzes, and "Spring" from Haydn's The Seasons. New York City Center Presents Barcelona Ballet by BWW

Barcelona Ballet (formerly known as Corella Ballet) returns to New York City Center April 17 - 20 for a second engagement following several U.S. tours. Artistic Director Ángel Corella will dance with his company in the world premiere of Palpito, a full-company ballet by Ángel Rojas and Carlos Rodriguez. The program also features Clark Tippet's Bruch Violin Concerto and Christopher Wheeldon's For 4. New York City Center is located on West 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. (more...)
