Marylebone’s The Cockpit will look across the Atlantic this Autumn, bringing a season of New York plays to the heart of London. Two major productions lead the season: one, a classic revival of Lanford Wilson’s Talley’s Folley; the other, an exciting new musical based on the life and legacy of Rita Hayworth.
3 Broadway Shows Take Final Bow Today

On July 10, Broadway says goodbye to three Tony-nominated productions. Plaza Suite will conclude its run at the Hudson Theatre following 35 previews and 110 regular performances; American Buffalo wraps up at the Circle in the Square Theatre following 27 previews and 101 regular performances; and Macbeth finishes it's run at the Longacre Theatre after 19 previews and 80 regular performances.

PRIMARY STAGES announced casting for On That Day in Amsterdam by Clarence Coo (People Sitting in Darkness) and directed by Zi Alikhan (The Boy Who Danced on Air). On That Day in Amsterdam will begin previews at 59E59’s Theater A on July 23, 2022, with opening night set for August 11 for a limited run through September 4, 2022.

It was announced today that FCP Theatre Group will bring No One Will Be Immune and other plays and pieces, a collection of rarely seen short one-act plays by David Mamet, to the 2022 Hollywood Fringe Festival. The Orange Tree Theatre today announces the full cast for Pierre Marivaux's The False Servant, translated by Martin Crimp, whose prolific international career began at the Orange Tree Theatre, including the recent hit revival of Dealing with Clair. Before his final season as Artistic Director of the OT, Paul Miller, directs Uzair Bhatti, Will Brown, Julian Moore-Cook, Phoebe Pryce, Lizzy Watts and Silas Wyatt-Barke.
