Chicago Shakespeare Theater has announced an addition to the season: Tony Award-nominated actor Eddie Izzard brings her celebrated solo theatrical performance of Hamlet to Chicago, direct from a triple-extended New York run at the Orpheum and Greenwich House Theaters and prior to launching a highly anticipated London transfer at Riverside Studios.

Eddie Izzard will take the New York stage this winter for six weeks only, playing 23 characters in William Shakespeare's Hamlet, adapted by Mark Izzard and directed by Selena Cadell at off-Broadway's Greenwich House Theater (27 Barrow Street) from January 25-March 3; opening night is February 11.

Eddie Izzard - The Remix: The First 35 Years will make a stop in Raleigh September 9th at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts.

Eddie Izzard has announced North American tour dates for her show, Eddie Izzard - The Remix: The First 35 Years, visiting theaters in 28 North American cities from September through November—including three performances at BroadwaySF’s Orpheum Theatre on October 19, 20, and 21, 2023.
