This July, Berkshire Theatre Group will present Songs For a New World, the first musical by Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown at The Unicorn Theatre in Stockbridge, MA, and also the 2022 Colonial Concert Series: Featuring Broadway Luminaries Chita Rivera and Charl Brown at The Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, MA.

​​​​​​Berkshire Theatre Group has announced casting for shows in BTG’s Late Summer 2022 Season. The full season will feature B.R.O.K.E.N code B.I.R.D switching, a world premiere play and an award recipient of the GRANTS FOR ARTS PROJECTS from the National Endowment for the Arts; Once, a Tony Award-winning musical; Songs For a New World, the first musical by a Tony Award winner; Dracula, a classic gothic tale of horrors; and Edward Albee's Seascape, a Pulitzer Prize-winning play.

Berkshire Theatre Group is pleased to announce the 14th annual community production of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Adapted by Eric Hill and directed by Travis Daly, this production will be presented for the ninth time at The Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield. A Christmas Carol runs December 7 through

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) will present Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS on October 26 at 11am and 2pm, and October 27 at 2pm at The Colonial Theatre. This production is directed by Travis Daly, with music direction by Erin M. White and choreography by Kathy Jo Grover. This new annual fall KIDS production will be the first time BTG will feature exclusively 2nd through 7th grade students on the Colonial stage, in a production geared specifically for this age group. This new fall addition has allowed BTG to expand its wide-reaching and extensive year-round education program, BTG PLAYS!, which serves 13,000 school children in over 26 schools across 15 towns.

Berkshire Theatre Group is excited to announce BTG PLAYS! 2019-2020 Touring Show, Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon KIDS, based on the book, Magic Tree House: Pirates Past Noon by Mary Pope Osborne. This musical features a book by Jenny Laird and Will Osborne, lyrics by Randy Courts and Will Osbourne and music by Randy Courts, with direction by Travis Daly. Tony Award-Winning Shrek The Musical begins performances at The Colonial Theatre (111 South Street; Pittsfield) on August 1 and runs through August 17. Directed by Travis Daly (BTG: Tarzan, The Music Man, Beauty and the Beast), with music direction by Mark Gionfriddo (BTG: Tarzan, The Music Man, Beauty and the Beast) and choreography by Avital Asuleen (BTG: The Music Man, Tarzan), this charming musical features over 100 talented Berkshire youth.

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) will present Encore! A Celebration of High School Musicals, Comedy, Dance and More on May 5 at 2pm, directed by Travis Daly, featuring Berkshire county students.
