Over twenty-five years, Luke Wright has built a reputation as one of Britain’s most popular live poets. As part of his celebrations, he’s visiting Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre on Wednesday 15 May.

Shakespeare’s Globe has announced the cast of Much Ado About Nothing, directed by Associate Artistic Director Sean Holmes (The Comedy of Errors, Globe), with Ekow Quartey and Amalia Vitale as Benedick and Beatrice.

Uncovering the plots and schemes that go on behind closed doors, ROTTEN is a darkly comical thriller that sees a diabolical plan spiral into anarchy.  The performance is at 7.45pm on Tuesday 23 April.

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced the full cast and creative team for English in association with the Kiln Theatre. The play will have its European premiere at The Other Place in Stratford-upon-Avon before transferring to the Kiln in London.

The cast has been announced for Dracula: The Bloody Truth, a new production which takes the lid off the familiar story of the world's greatest – or worst, depending on how you look at it – vampire. 

Lines  is at the SJT on Saturday 23 March.  Set in five prisons in Uganda, Palestine and Britain, it follows the parallel, post-colonial lives of ten seemingly disconnected prisoners over five decades.

Brian Bilston, the poet described as the Banksy of poetry and Twitter’s unofficial Poet Laureate, comes to Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 March.
